Robert S. Falk, Ph. D
Dr. Robert S. Falk, licensed as both a Clinical Psychologist and a School Psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is a founding director the Dominion Achivement Center. Dr. Falk's undergraduate work was taken at the University of Virginia. He completed his School Psychology training at Radford University (M.S., Ed.S.) with additional graduate work at The College of William and Mary. He gained experience as a school psychologist in Virginia and North Carolina before returning to school to earn the Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1988 at Virginia Commonwealth University following completion of his internship at the Medical College of Virginia, Department of Psychiatry. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.
Dr. Falk has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of reading disabilities and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). He has provided assessment and consultative services to students, parents, and teachers at public and private schools and in private practice for over twenty-five years. Christopher Chin, Ph. D
Dr. Chin is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with specialized training in clinical child psychology. He earned his Ph.D from Georgia State University in 2001, while completing a two-year child psychology fellowship at the Yale University Medical School Child Study Center. Dr. Chin has been working in the field of learning disabilities as a clinician and/or researcher for almost 20 years and has been involved in several large-scale research projects focused on state-of-the-art intervention approaches for children with or at-risk for reading disability (dyslexia). Currently, Dr. Chin serves as the Assistant Director for Research at the Virginia Literacy Institute within the School of Education at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he is involved in several nationally- and locally-funded projects studying reading and language development, including assessment, prevention, and treatment of reading difficulties. |

Glenn Weiner, Ph. D
Dr. Weiner is a psychologist with more than 25 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families. He earned his Ph.D. from Temple University in 1982. He is a founding partner of Dominion Behavioral Healthcare. Dr. Weiner is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist as well as a Licensed School Psychologist. He has worked in several public and private schools as a School Psychologist. He continues to serve as a consulting school psychologist for an independent school. He has trained other mental health professionals in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Dr. Weiner has a strong interest in evaluating individuals with learning and attention difficulties and helping to develop multimodal intervention plans for them.
In 1999 he added neurofeedback services to his practice to help provide state of the art services in the treatment of ADHD individuals.
